How tall do you need to be for rides at Animal Kingdom?
The height requirements for the different rides in Animal Kingdom vary by the type of ride. As height requirements are set for the safety of the guests on that attraction.
The ride with the smallest height requirement is Kali River Rapids, which has a height requirement of 38″ (97 cm).
If you wish to not have to deal with height requirements while at Animal Kingdom, then wait until everyone in your party is over 44″ (112 cm).
Pro-Tip: Measure the height of your child prior to your vacation, so you know where they will measure up to the various attractions. Be sure to do it with the shoes they will be wearing in the park for an accurate measurement.
What are the requirements to be in the Animal kingdom?
There are no set height requirements to enter Animal Kingdom. There are height requirements on a few of the attractions around the park.
All of the height requirements are put in place for the safety of the guests. So if someone in your party (like the little ones) is not tall enough for the attraction, respect the rules and listen to the cast members.
What rides are at Animal Kingdom?
There are a wide variety of different rides available at Animal Kingdom. From water rides to safaris, and everything in between.
Animal Kingdom really does have attractions and rides for all guests, of any age to enjoy.
In fact, Animal Kingdom is one of my personal favorite parks because there is so much Disney magic, as well as education throughout the park. It really is an experience like nothing else.

Even though there are a few attractions with height requirements, there are more than enough rides without any height requirements which can be fun for the whole family.
Animal Kingdom can really be a park that the whole family can enjoy.
