There are a lot of returning and new treats this year for Thanksgiving at Walt Disney World! To make it easier I’ve separated the ‘feasts and treats’ first by the items that are offered at a few different Disney World Resorts, and then listed all of the resort-specific items.

As some are available for most of the month of November, others are only available for a limited time, and some are only offered at select locations. This will hopefully make it easier to know what will be available during your trip.

Wanting to have Thanksgiving dinner at one of the Walt Disney World parks? There are plenty of different places across the Walt Disney World parks where guests can enjoy thanksgiving dinner and other seasonal treats in the park!

Some might require a reservation ahead of time, so be sure to see what you need prior to going.

Also, note that most of these are only available on November 24th. If the dates differ, I will make a note of it.

Does Disney World do anything special for Thanksgiving?

The parks are already decorated for the Holiday season, from the start of November til the beginning of January.

For thanksgiving specifically, there are different turkey dinners and treats that you can find around the different parks, as well as at the various Disney World resort hotels.

Is Disney World crowded during Thanksgiving week?

You can expect to see pretty big crowds during the week of thanksgiving. Most schools are out of session, which means it’s vacation time!

The week of Thanksgiving is probably a week that I would ultimately recommend avoiding if you can help it.

Is Disney crowded the week before Thanksgiving?

The holiday time is always a busy time to visit the parks. However, going the week before the holiday will usually mean it is less crowded.

One thing to keep in mind is that Magic Kingdom holds Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party during the holiday season, so be sure to avoid going to Magic Kingdom on that day as it will usually mean larger crowds.

Is Thanksgiving a good time to go to Disney World?

Anytime is usually a good time to visit Walt Disney World! I mean it isn’t called the ‘Most Magical Place On Earth’ for nothing! However, when it comes to spending holidays at Disney World, some people can be skeptical.

From personal experience, I can say that spending a holiday at a Disney park is one of the best experiences ever, as it is a great way to have delicious food made for you.
