Disneyland Resort Hotels: Summer Menus

Summertime is here, and the 70th Anniversary of the Disneyland Resort has kicked off! In addition, Disney has announced that they are going to be adding some new food items to menus throughout the Disneyland Resort Hotels!

Yes, these are additional food items added just for the summer months. So if you see anything worthy of trying, be sure to plan your trip quickly, as they will not be here for long!

These new summer menus launched May 16, 2025! So let’s dive into what is new this summer and which hotel you can find them at.

Additionally, there will be a new character dining experience that will be available for guests during the summer months too. But a bit more on that later.

Disneyland Hotel Summer Menu

The Disneyland Hotel has some of the best eateries that I have ever eaten at in all my Disney trips. So personally, I am very excited for some of these menu items coming to the restaurants this summer!

Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill

Tangaroa Terrace is bringing quite a few new items to their breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus!

Tangaroa Terrace Summer Breakfast Menu:

• Korean-style Breakfast Sandwich – Sliced country ham, fresh tomato slices, and sliced Havarti on egg-coated Japanese milk bread (NEW)
• Tropical Pancakes – Macadamia nut buttermilk pancakes, passion fruit curd, and toasted coconut

Tangaroa Terrace Summer Lunch/Dinner Menu:

• Chile-Orange Glazed Chicken Wings – Togarashi aïoli and Fresno chile (NEW)
• Szechuan Cucumber Salad – Chinese five-spice, fresh garlic and scallions, toasted sesame seeds, and hot oil vinaigrette (NEW) (Plant-based)

Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar

Trader Sam’s is getting quite an upgrade to their breakfast items for these summer menus. But their Lunch/Dinner menus are also getting some new additions.

Trader Sam’s Breakfast Summer Menu:

• Ube-stuffed French Toast – Japanese milk bread, coconut custard, ube diplomat cream, and fresh tropical fruit (NEW)
• Open-Face Lomi Salmon Sandwich – Smoked salmon, egg, tomato, and red onion on a croissant served with a pineapple wedge (NEW)
• Korean-style Breakfast Sandwich – Sliced country ham, fresh tomato slices, and sliced Havarti on egg-coated Japanese milk bread (NEW)
• Tropical Pancakes – Macadamia nut buttermilk pancakes, passion fruit curd, and toasted coconut

Trader Sam’s Lunch/Dinner Summer Menu:

• Summer Swing – Ron Zacapa Centenario Rum, La Marca Prosecco, honey syrup, mint leaves, lemon juice, and bitters (NEW)
• Sea Water Spritz – Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum, Aperol, falernum, pineapple juice, and passion fruit syrup
• Sparkling Purple Gin – Hendrick’s Gin, Chambord, La Marca Prosecco, and cane sugar syrup garnished with Luxardo Cherries and edible luster dust (NEW)
• Spiced Vodka Rosé – Tito’s Handmade Vodka, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, DAOU Rosé, falernum, simple syrup, and lemon juice (NEW)
• Apple-Bourbon Punch – Crown Royal Regal Apple Whisky, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Amaro Montenegro, apple and lemon juices, and vanilla syrup (NEW)

Palm Breeze Bar

Palm Breeze Bar is one of the newer eateries that joined The Disneyland Hotel Resort, and has been a popular spot for a delicious bite to eat. And now with these new summer menu items, it is going to be the spot to relax at.

• Ahi Tuna Tartare Tian – Sushi rice, ripe avocado, Vietnamese slaw, and shoyu-chile vinaigrette (NEW)
• Guacamole & Lime-scented Tortilla Chips (NEW)
• Crisp Falafel Fattoush with Lemon Hummus – Crispy pita, blistered tomato-cucumber, grilled artichoke, and chile-lime seasoning (NEW)
• Toasted Quinoa & Baby Kale – Persian cucumber, dried cranberry, blueberries, almonds, Meyer Lemon vinaigrette (Plant-based)(NEW)
• Caesar Salad – House-made croutons, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan (NEW)
• Grilled Prime Flat Iron Steak – Charred broccolini, parmesan snow, lemon, and compound herb butter (NEW)
• Pan-roasted Salmon with farro and Mediterranean vegetables (NEW)

The Coffee House

The Coffee House is open early to get your morning cup of coffee, but it also is a great stop on the way to the parks to grab a quick bite with plenty of grab-n-go options.

• Ham & Cheese Croissant Sandwich – Butter croissant, ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and orange pepper jelly (New)

All of these new beverage items are non-alcoholic, making them light and refreshing for the whole family.

• Iced Agave Agua Fresca – Lemonade, agave nectar syrup, and chia seeds
• Iced Sour Mango – Mango purée, chai syrup, lemon juice, and sweet and sour

• Summer Floral Soda – Club soda, hibiscus and grapefruit syrups, and lemon juice
• Iced Yuzu Espresso – Espresso shot, yuzu syrup, and mineral water

Goofy’s Kitchen

Goofy’s Kitchen is known for some fun character dining experiences, but that doesn’t mean that it is just for the kids. This summer, Goofy’s adding some fun new alcoholic beverages for the adults to enjoy!

• Frozen Piña Colada (Non-alcoholic version also available)
• Margarita Flight – Blood orange, habanero lime, and spicy watermelon

Broken Spell Lounge

The Broken Spell Lounge opened in the fall of last year, and has already captivated the hearts of guests who visit. And this summer, you can expect some exquisite new menu items for the summer.

• Ahi Tuna Tataki – Aji amarillo ponzu, persillade, and crispy wonton
• Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail – Tito’s Cocktail Sauce, cornichons, and lemon
• Southwest Chicken Sandwich – Achiote chicken breast, roasted green chile, pepper jack, caramelized onion, and garlic butter toasted brioche
• Forest Mushroom Farro Risotto – Asparagus, chive, and parmigiano reggiano frico

• Fish & Chips – Caviar tartar sauce, and malt vinegar
• Margherita Pizza – Thai basil and Stracciatella mozzarella
• Benevolent Faerie
• Raven’s Wing

Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel Summer Menu

There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite, a strong drink, or enjoy a sit down meal at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel. The already mouth-watering menus have just gotten some new additions to try.

Grand Californian Great Hall Cart Summer Menu

GCH Craftsman Bar

The GCH Craftsman Bar is adding some delectable additions to their breakfast menu, as well as lunch/dinner too. Some of the new items are also available at the GCH Craftsman Grill too, and those items will be noted.

GCH Summer Breakfast Menu:

• Farmers Market Frittata – Eggs, ham, spinach, house blend cheese, onions, asparagus, roasted vine tomato, lemon hollandaise, and house salad (NEW)
• Avocado Toast on Sourdough – Grilled sourdough, avocado, poached eggs, ricotta, chives, crispy garlic, honey, basil, and lemon oil (NEW)

GCH Summer Lunch/Dinner Menu:

• Salmon Salad – Cucumber, avocado, tomato, sweet peppers, farro, charred green onions, shallots, Valbreso feta, champagne vinaigrette, and arugula (NEW)
• Wagyu Burger – Cilantro-mint chutney, white onion, Grafton smoked cheddar, iceberg lettuce, pickles, and tomato on a brioche bun served with fries (NEW)
• Sticky Chicken Wings – White rice, gochujang BBQ sauce, pickled cucumber slaw, toasted sesame seeds, and green onions (NEW)
• Shrimp Ceviche – Marinated shrimp, spicy citrus broth, white onion, tomato, cucumber, avocado, and cilantro served with tortilla chips (NEW)

The GCH Craftsman Grill will also have the Shrimp Ceviche, and the Farmers Market Frittata.

Donald’s Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet

Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is known for their character dining experiences, and having some of the best ones that the Disneyland Resort has to offer. Once again, they are adding to their character dining experiences with Donald Duck!

This new Donald’s Tales of Adventure Dinner Buffet will feature Donald Duck, Daisy Duck, and some of their other friends in new adventure outfits. The dinner buffet will include campfire-style bbq menu.
